Tiny Homes & Park Models
Park models
Park Model homes are all the buzz right now and are becoming increasingly popular due to the current housing crisis and the growing trend for “slow living”, which emphasizes a life free from thestress of keeping up with others.
These homes are built on a 10-12ft wide trailer and are no more than 400 square feet in size.
tiny homes
With Deschutes County changing their ADU guidelines, more properties than ever before are eligible for an additional dwelling space up to 900 sqft. Tiny homes are available in various shapes, sizes, and styles. A smaller option is usually constructed on an 8ft wide trailer and should not exceed 14ft in height to ensure it can legally travel on the highway. While tiny homes can be permanently placed, they would likely need to adhere to ADU (accessory dwelling unit) regulations.
